Green Arrow #23 Review

Green Arrow #23 by Benjamin Percy and Juan Ferreyra

Green Arrow #23 has everything you could want out of an issue of Green Arrow; action, Black canary, Roy Harper, Emi and an explosive ending (literally). We get some great action between two great scenes of Roy and Emi v.s Cheshire and Green Arrow v Eddie and neither fight dissapoints. The thing that excited me the most about this issue is we learn that Cheshire and Roy Harper do have a past, and Emi's reaction to it is hilarious. But all in all everything in this issue works perfectly and just when you think The Ninth Circle couldn't break down our hero and Star City any more than they already have, we get that big ending.

If you aren't reading Green Arrow then you are wrong and that's it. It's all around such a good series and each issue looks just beautiful. Benjamin Percy handles the dialogue between the characters great and the pacing of the series is perfect. I especially love how he handles Olivers and Dinahs relationship. But enough of reading this, go buy this book now.
